Corgi Plumbing

Corgi initiated the Corgi plumbing scheme in 2006 along-side the Corgi Ventilation scheme in response to further changes in building regulations and government legislation. This membership is offered to business who demonstrate relevant competence and experience.

By joining this scheme Highbroom Services Ltd can certify its own plumbing work to Corgi which means that as well as automatically being notified to building control, our customers will receive an official Corgi certificate confirming the work and that the work is Corgi registered and complies with legislation.
As a member of the Corgi plumbing scheme Highbroom have demonstrated and comply with Corgis rules and regulations.

Corgi Electrical

Corgi Electrical launched its scheme in 2005 to help its members comply with changing government legislation.
By being a member Highbroom Services Ltd has demonstrated that we have the relevant competence and experience and expertise to conduct electrical work and as such are registered by Corgi. Also as we are a member of the Corgi electrical scheme we can certify our own work - meaning that our customers will receive an official certificate from Corgi that the work is Corgi registered and complies with legislation.

Our electricians have the relevant qualifications and experience which is a requirement for scheme members.

As a member of the Corgi electrical scheme Highbroom Services Ltd have demonstrated and comply with Corgis rules and regulations.

Gas Safety Register

You should only employee a Gas Safe Registered engineer to work on your gas installations and appliances, these engineers have to be on the Gas Safe Register in order to perform installations and maintenance on gas appliances.

All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and been checked to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas so that you can have peace of mind that the work being carried out is to a set standard.
If someone other than a Gas Safe registered engineer does the gas work in your home, you could be risking the safety of your family and your property.
Incorrectly fitted, badly repaired or poorly maintained gas appliances are a major cause of carbon monoxide poisoning. They can also lead to gas leaks and explosions.

Worcester Bosch - Accredited Installer

This is a scheme run by Worcester Bosch and is offered to companies who are experienced in fitting Worcester products.
Highbroom Services Ltd are an accredited company as we have a lot of experience with Worcester products.

Highbroom Services Ltd became a member of the Worcester Bosch Business Initiative scheme in October 2000 and since then we have developed a partnership with Worcester Bosch and are now an approved service provider which means we can give a five year parts and labour warranty and are also able to service this warranty on behalf of Worcester Bosch.

This allows Highbroom Services Ltd to give a continued service to our customers from installation. Our service is localised and our customers are real people to us, we not only install the product we contact you each year to advise you of the forthcoming service date and we deal with your warranty requirements as necessary without fuss.

Our association with Worcester Bosch has given us more conviction that we are using and recommending the right product. The support and back-up given from Worcester Bosch in our experience is second to none. Their call centre is open until 8pm in the winter months as they realise this period is when they are most needed.

Our engineers are accredited to install and service all makes of gas, oil & LPG boilers, fires & cookers We are also able to supply, install & maintain warm air units.

Highbroom Services Ltd is also a Worcester Approved Service Partner (WASP); This means that Highbroom Services Ltd undertakes servicing & repairs on behalf of Worcester Bosch.

OFTEC - Oil Firing Technical Association

OFTEC runs this scheme to help identify companies and technicians who have proved that they have the skill to ensure safe and efficient installation and operation of oil based products.
Only businesses who are part of this scheme can describe themselves as OFTEC registered and are able to use the OFTEC logo against their company/technician name.

This scheme allows its members benefits which also aid that companies/technicians customers. Benefits such as:

• Saving customers time and money - due to the technician being competent and efficient.

• Peace of mind - due to the technical support, certification and identification for our members.

• Independent telephone advice service for scheme members' clients.

• Independent website keeping scheme members informed of the latest technical information - so you can rest assured that scheme members are up-to-date with changes.
